At Linen Hygge, we create things that are close to our mother nature so it is really important you’d be delighted with them as well. If you are not 100% certain about your purchase, we will gladly take it back or exchange it for another item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition — unworn, unused, unwashed — with attached labels and original packaging. Once we receive the items back, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided.
• Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to process.
• Exchanges are managed on a case-by-case basis. Our customer service team will get in touch to discuss further details.
HOW TO SEND BACK AN ITEM?
When sending back an item, use a carrier of your choice. Please provide your full name, email address, order number, and reason for return or exchange. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number from your carrier. Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reduce your refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return.

International taxes for orders outside the EU and USA
Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend to email us and we will do our best to help! We always find a solution according to our experience in such a country.
